CAD Floor Plan Design

I am looking for a skilled CAD designer to create a detailed floor plan for a residential project. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential design and be able to incorporate specific requirements into the floor plan. The floor plan should be detailed with room labels and furniture layout. I already have the first floor design but I am thinking about adding a second floor and just want to get a basic concept before I make a final decision.
