CAD Drawings for simple container

I'm making a container that would fit 100 toothpicks, in a "tic-tac" style box. A "tic-tac" style box is shown in the attached images entitled "TicTac Style Box - 1.jpg" and "TicTac Style Box -2.jpg".
The container I'm looking to make is something like the 2 attached images entitled "Desired Box - v2.jpg"
The container will exactly fit 100 toothpicks, and the lid of the container will be high quality like the tictac style container. We might make the "mouth-hole" where you can take toothpicks from a bit bigger for easier access.
