CAD Drawing for Commercial Home Build

Needed: Skilled CAD designer to modify architectural plans for a 2200 s/f house.

Requirements:
- Modify existing arch plans
- Deliver high-quality CAD drawings that are easily editable and customizable
- Deliver drawings that are permit ready

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately represent measurements and dimensions
- Previous experience in modifying residential plans
- Ability to understand and incorporate specific requirements and features provided by the client

We will provide the CAD drawings to the awarded designer.
