CAD Drawing of a Hand-Drawn Building documentation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have old, handdrawn documentation of an building that i need to make into CAD drawing, specifically dwg fromat.
I specifically need:
-2 floorplans (1 big floorplan and one small of built-in floor that takes about 20% of building area)
-2 section drawings
-Roof floorplan (without sections)
-Foundations floorplan (without sections)
-2 Ceiling drawings (same as floorplans)
-4 Elevation drawings
All these drawings i need just with basic dimensions and hatches (not specific to material, i'll do that myself, but i want any structure to have hatch so later i can just change hatch style as i need).
The building, that i need drafted, is completely prefabricated and everything is modular => no complicated drawings.

Once project is granted, i'll provide old handdrawn documentation ordered into parts (architectural drawings, structural drawings, MEP drawings, lists of elemts...etc.) that contains very detailed drawings, but doesnt contain:
-section drawings
-elevations
(theres still more than enough informations contained in documentation to make all drawings listed above)
On top of that i'll provide either photodocumentation of exterior (with measurements) or handdrawn schema of elevations.
I may provide detailed photodocumentation of site if requested.
I may also provide some consultations during process of drawing if needed.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD
-Ability to understand architectural drawings / structural drawings
- Ability to accurately translate hand-drawn images into CAD drawings
- Provide basic outlines with dimensions only
- All final files to be delivered in DWG format
- Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked
