CAD Designer for Single-family Home Projects

I am on the hunt for an experienced CAD designer, specifically familiar with AutoCAD, for my residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed drawings for a single-family home
- Produce full architectural drawings, including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
Skills and Experience:
- Proven abilities in AutoCAD
- Specific experience with residential construction, especially single-family homes
- Understands architectural standards
The ideal freelancer should have a strong command of AutoCAD and a history of residential construction projects. Past experience with single-family homes will be highly favored.
