Title: 2D & 3D Designer Needed for Construction Projects (Ongoing Work)
Description:
We’re seeking a talented and reliable 2D/3D designer to help bring construction and landscaping projects to life through accurate visual renderings. You will receive project specs, rough sketches, and dimensions and be responsible for translating them into clear 2D layouts and professional 3D renderings suitable for client presentations and permitting.
Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 2D plans based on provided dimensions and layouts
• Develop realistic 3D renderings that reflect material choices and site conditions
• Make revisions based on client or team feedback
• Communicate clearly and meet deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Experience in hardscape/landscape or architectural design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret rough sketches or notes
• Portfolio of past 2D/3D design work (especially outdoor or construction projects)
Bonus Skills:
• Experience designing patios, retaining walls, stairs, or outdoor living spaces
• Ability to create photorealistic renders
