CAD/DWG House Plans Modification
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am a builder in the USA looking for a professional to help modify my CAD, DWG file of house plans. The current file is a 3,000 sf of a three-car garage and master bedroom addition.
Key Requirements:
- Splitting the existing plan into two separate ones, with one permit for the three-car garage and another for the master bedroom addition.
- Adding framing pages, as I currently have none for the entire project.
- Updating existing elements within the plans.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD and DWG software.
- Prior experience in modifying house plans.
- Knowledge of framing and structural design.
- Familiarity with building permit processes in the USA.
