CAD Conversion of Residential Floor Plans

This job is to re-create the attached scanned residential multi-story floor plans into CAD and PDF formats. The layouts must be exact and should include bathroom fixtures (toilets, tubs, sinks, etc.) where applicable.

I don't need all the note and details, only layout etc.

Requirements:
- Accurate CAD and PDF conversion
- Exact layout replication
- Inclusion of bathroom fixtures

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with architectural drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
