CAD Architect for LA Affordable Housing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a skilled draftsman/architectural designer proficient in creating CAD drawings and renderings for affordable housing projects in Los Angeles, specifically related to ED 1 affordable housing developments.
Scope of Work:
Architectural Drawings: Floor plans, site plans, and elevations.
3D Renderings: High-quality visualizations to support project pitches.
Zoning Compliance: Incorporate Los Angeles zoning regulations, including those applicable to ED 1 developments.
Revisions: Ability to make modifications based on feedback.
Presentation Material: Deliver polished files suitable for presenting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Experience with affordable housing or residential projects (preferred).
Knowledge of Los Angeles zoning and building codes (bonus).
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Availability for ongoing projects (payment on a per-project basis).
We plan to collaborate on multiple projects if the quality and communication meet expectations. Please include samples of previous work with your application.
