Building home plan
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for an experienced architect or designer who can create a single-story home plan for my residential property. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing small homes, specifically those that are less than 1000 sq. ft.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Designing a functional and aesthetically pleasing single-story home plan that maximizes the use of space within the limited square footage
- Incorporating all necessary rooms and amenities into the design, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and storage spaces
- Ensuring that the home plan complies with local building codes and regulations for residential properties
- Providing detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to help visualize the final design
- Suggesting creative solutions to make the most of the available space and enhance the overall functionality of the home
- Collaborating closely with me to understand my preferences and incorporate them into the design
- Delivering the final home plan in a timely manner and being open to revisions and feedback throughout the process
Skills and experience required for this job:
- Proven experience in designing small homes or similar projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and regulations
