Building architecture, interior design, auto cad sketch up
Budget: $450 – $600 USD
I am looking for an architect with knowledge of interior planning to work and assimilate changes that I want to implement in my ongoing outhouse construction. Some vaastu related issues have come up hence requiring modifications. Below are the requisites.
1- planning and designing stairs to save space on maximum in west wall. From outside the room wall too is okey as long as it is covered. Stairs intend to keep minimalistic.
2- current washroom has been made smaller and on north east hence a new washroom is to be planned but almost entire structure is up to roof height leaving only one area of tapered glass facade to be removed for entry of washroom and stairs as shown in current shared render and plan. It has to be planned in range of W6 to N1 the size must be good enough to accommodate a bath tub along with regular washroom fixtures.
Washroom can be made away from the building but the passage has to be connected with the outhouse Also a catch is there that is West wall and end of the land behind it only has 7 feet of area from outside in between them. Underground passage out too is okey in my wild thoughts.
3 - need to interior plan the ground floor for living, dining and open kitchen along with light fixtures. Honestly Stairs is really a question for me inside the space here. But need to have em any way.. the better placement of an entire open kitchen living area that should be cozy and modern is required from interior planning pov. First floor is master bed and washroom and balcony only..
I will be sharing drawings and data. Also some of my ideas.
Smaller outhouse it is but designs are extremely of importance to maintain its look and uses.
4- would be needing all drawings post finalisation and rendered sketch up or whatever software they choose to generate a 3d render.
5 - I do not have any electrical and plumbing plan, in current planning, I intend to get these along too. I intent to use open retro wiring and plumbing suggestions are welcome though.
