I have a 1,000 sqm building situated in the Adelaide Hills, previously a government research centre, that I need reconfigured as a 10-12 room accommodation facility.
Key Requirements:
- Revision of existing architectural plans to accommodate 10-12 rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a living area.
- Inclusion of a shared lounge area as part of the common facilities.
- Expert recommendations for the best possible layout and design.
- Experience in similar projects is highly desirable.
