G+2 Building Quantity Takeoff alladin
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have complete architectural and structural drawings for a ground-plus-two residential building and now need a detailed quantity takeoff. The job covers both material and labor estimates:
• Materials: concrete, steel, and bricks – broken down by floor and by structural element so I can spot any over-ordering early.
• Labor: numbers of masons and plumbers required at each construction stage, expressed in man-hours or man-days with clear productivity rates.
Please base every figure on the drawings I provide and present the results in an editable Excel workbook with separate sheets for materials, labor, and a summarized Bill of Quantities. If you use Quantity Take-Off, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools, note that in the file so I can replicate the calculations later.
I’ll review the file against the drawings, so accuracy and transparent formulas are the key acceptance criteria. If you foresee the need to include additional trades (for example carpenters) let me know and we can expand the scope, but for now the focus is on the items above.
