Building Permit Drawings for Townhomes
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
I'm seeking a professional service to produce Building Permit drawings in compliance with the National Building Code (Canada) for our Part 9 ground-oriented stacked townhomes project. This venture encompasses 8 buildings with a total of 126 units, each building housing between 8 to 18 units.
Key Project Details:
- The upper floor units are uniform across 3 types while the lower units vary within 3 different schemes, all fitting within identical building dimensions.
- Design drawings will be supplied in AutoCAD, along with a similar project package in CAD adhering to our standards and layouts.
- Each building will require its own separate drawing package.
- The selected professional will have direct access to our Design & Development Manager for seamless communication.
The fee structure should accommodate a Building Permit Review Set, followed by a redline from Boxfort for the Issued for BP Set. A PDF sample set from a similar project is available for reference.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and CAD
- Extensive experience in drafting and revisions for building permit drawings
- Familiarity with the National Building Code (Canada)
Please note, the selected service provider will not be required to submit the Building Permit drawings to local authorities.
We are currently completing 1 building in house and would be looking for someone to do the other 7. We will need access to the Cad files at the end of the project.
