Building 2D Map AutoCAD

I am looking a autoCAD or designer who will draw 2D drawing for my house. I want to construct 4 (four) story plan with 3x Rooms, 2x Wash Room, 1x Kitchen, 1x TV Lounge etc. Building will be constructed at Karachi (Pk) Details of project just measurement of plot or site plan will be provided after finalization of budget demand etc. My budget is limited on a completion of task, no amount will be paid on hourly basis.
