Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced architect or building designer to create a detailed plan for constructing a three-level structure on a plot of land measuring 10 ft x 50 ft. The design should include a basement, ground floor, and first floor. The requirements for each level are as follows:
1. Basement:
Construct a spacious hall that can be used for multiple purposes.
The hall should utilize the entire available space.
2. Ground Floor:
Include a shop at the front portion, making the best use of the space for commercial purposes.
Design a room, a kitchen, and a bathroom behind or adjacent to the shop.
Ensure that the shop's space is not compromised by the placement of the staircase.
3. First Floor:
Design the first floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom.
The bedrooms should be of comfortable size, and the kitchen should be practical for daily use.
4. Staircase:
The staircase should connect all levels (from the basement to the first floor) in a way that does not reduce the shop’s usable area on the ground floor.
Additional Requirements:
Provide a plan for two separate tanks: one for sewage and one for wastewater. These should be positioned efficiently to avoid any future issues.
Allocate a designated area for a submersible pump installation, ensuring it's easily accessible for maintenance.
Deliverables:
Detailed floor plans for each level (basement, ground floor, first floor) with accurate measurements.
3D renderings or visualizations of the design.
Structural and plumbing plans indicating the placement of tanks and the submersible pump.
