You need to make a Floor Plan with RCC Column which should contain:
Architectural Plan
Roof beam and slab layout
Footing& Column layout
Foundation details and plinth beam drawing
Front Elevation

Create Swimming Pool where the tree is located inside
Give stair from back side to the terrace (Second Floor)
