Breakwater Design technical drawings (also known as Stone Groyne)

I am looking for someone to create technical drawings for a breakwater design project. The purpose of the breakwater is shoreline protection. I have general measurements for the design and would prefer to use concrete and stone materials for the construction.

Skills and experience required for this project:
