Brand-Aligned Office Interior Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m refreshing our office so every space—from the first step inside to the heart of our meeting rooms—visually speaks our brand. The core zones in scope are the reception, meeting rooms, all wall surfaces, glass partitions, flooring and the full lighting scheme.
Reception
This area functions first and foremost as an information center, so sight-lines, signage and a clear circulation path are critical. I need a welcoming yet purposeful desk design, integrated digital display placement and storage solutions that keep any clutter out of sight.
Meeting rooms
The mood I’m after is creative and inspiring rather than stiffly formal. Think flexible furniture layouts, writable surfaces, accent lighting and subtle brand colours that energise brainstorms without distracting video calls.
Wall treatment
Throughout the office I prefer a plain, simple finish—clean lines that let our graphics, way-finding elements and occasional statement pieces stand out. Please keep textures minimal; durability and easy maintenance matter more than ornamentation.
Glass partitions, floor & lighting
• Glass: demountable, acoustic-rated panels with discreet manifestation graphics for privacy
• Floor: a cohesive material story that zones spaces while flowing seamlessly; sustainable products favoured
• Lighting: layered plan (ambient, task, feature) with attention to colour temperature and glare control for screens
Deliverables
• Concept deck with mood boards and colour palettes aligned to brand guidelines
• 2-3 layout options in CAD (AutoCAD or Revit) plus one final set of annotated plans
• Photorealistic 3D renders (SketchUp + V-Ray or 3ds Max) of reception and one meeting room
• Materials and fixture schedule including flooring, partition hardware, luminaires and paint codes
• Implementation-ready drawings for contractors
Acceptance criteria
Keep within the footprint and services shown on our existing DWG files (will be provided).
Please confirm which software you’ll use and share a concise timeline for each milestone so I can coordinate with my fit-out team.
