Bookcase/door structural digital design needed
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hello!
Looking for a CAD structural design for a hidden bookcase door at the base of a set of stairs. All measurements and specs can be sent through - pictures of the opening attached. The plan is for the door opening to be central with framing either side. Consideration will need to be made for the first step and light switch/intercom on the wall!
As well being inconspicuous/disguised as a bookcase, the door and surrounding frame also needs to be soundproof, as it is at the entrance to a recording studio. I imagine this could be a stud-frame + rockwool as well as high density material layering but ideas on material also welcome!
No labour needed - just digital designs so we know how to to best go about the build in terms of structure/design/usability (hinges/weight tolerance etc). CAD/sketch up is ideal!
