Boat Dock Redesign and Carport Addition

We just bought a house that has an existing boat dock. We want to modify the existing dock to accommodate an additional boat. Provided are photos and we can provide dimensions but need an architectural drawing to provide the details of what we plan to change for our contractor and our homeowners association. We need someone that can create the drawings from photos and dimensions. Photos attached are all labeled Boat dock.

We also have another home that we'd like a flat roof pergola type carport added. We did a garage conversion and want to add the right type of carport to the side of the home. We want a drawing/image with the carport added on the left side of the house.
