Blueprints for a Walk-out Bungalow
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
I have a bungalow drawn up fairly accurately but I need it converted to blueprints complete with a walk-out basement.
I've attached the drawings (Reductions #3b.png) as well as the old blueprints showing the elevations and back view.
I'm told the staircase to the basement (open on the sides in the basement) "isn't proper" because there will be more treads than shown so I've included the specs for the stairs so you know exactly what they should be.
The roof needs to be 6:12 pitch and while the original was a straight ridge along the top and one for the garage, with the new design, I'm thinking 4 sides coming to a peak. In the front the 2' overhang for the garage will be continued across the main doorway to give a small veranda area and we'll put pillars in, similar to the original, to support the roof over the veranda.
I'll need a color view of the front of the house (or at least colors referenced) with the trim being white, the walls being deep ocean (the hardy board color but we're using siding), stone along the bottom 3', a gray garage door, grey front door, and grey pillars on the veranda.
I will also need to receive a copy of the AutoCAD drawing files complete with all embedded images (it must open on my engineers computer without error).
