Architectural Blueprint/Designer for Modern Acreage Project
- I am looking for a skilled blueprint/designer to create an architectural design for my acreage project.
- The project is located on a 15 acre land, and I want the design to be modern in style.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in creating architectural blueprints for acreage projects of similar size.
- Knowledge of modern architectural styles and trends is essential for this project.
- The design should incorporate the unique features of the acreage, while also maximizing functionality and aesthetics.
- The blueprint/designer should be able to provide detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
We’re looking to do 3 houses all connected by underground tunnels as well as
a shop
barn
greenhouse
And 6 car garage with 2 apartments above it
Laid out in such a way that each house is private yet part of a community.
Tunnels will also serve as utility conduits
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within a given budget are important qualities for this job.
- A portfolio showcasing previous architectural designs, particularly for acreage projects, would be highly beneficial.
