I'm looking for a skilled and licensed architect in Kern County, capable of creating and executing a project for a digital outdoor billboard on a commercial property located next to a freeway. Ideally, the project would be completed before June 1. Here's what you need to know:
- Permitting: I haven't secured the necessary permits for outdoor billboards in Kern County yet.
- Billboard Design: The creation of a standard digital billboard format for outdoor advertising is required.
- Previous Experience: While not an absolute requirement, previous experience with outdoor advertising, particularly billboards, would be a strong advantage.
