Bill of Quantity for MEP Hotel Project & compare IFC with Tender

I am in need of a freelancer who can assist me in creating a Bill of Quantity for my hotel project. The project involves partial MEP works( the Building Existing , shell and core system), specifically HVAC , Electrical, plumbing, low current ,GRMS systems.( or specific system as per your profession ) As for the level of detail required in the Bill of Quantity, I am open to suggestions and guidance from the freelancer. Additionally, I need help in calculating the difference between drawing revisions.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in creating Bills of Quantity for MEP projects
