I'm in need of a seasoned Quantity Surveyor for a commercial construction project, with dual language proficiency in Japanese and English. Hotel project with supporting infrastructure. The primary tasks will be:
- Cost Estimation: Providing accurate and timely cost forecasts throughout the project.
- Material Takeoff: Assessing material quantities required for the project.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, REVIT, as this is the primary software for this project. Experience in commercial construction projects is highly desirable. Your bilingual skills will be crucial for effective communication and documentation.
