Project Description:
We are setting up a Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) manufacturing plant and require a professional piping designer/engineer to prepare complete pipeline drawings and documentation for:
CO₂ pipelines
Steam lines
RO water lines
Final product transfer lines
Utility pipelines (chilled water, compressed air, hot water, CIP, etc.)

Scope of Work / Deliverables Required:
1. Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
High-level process flow for utilities and product.
2. Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
With valves, pumps, flow meters, pressure gauges, instrumentation, and controls.
3. General Arrangement (GA) Drawing
Equipment placement with pipeline routing.
4. Isometric Drawings (for each pipeline)
Pipe sizes, line numbers, dimensions, weld/joint details, fittings.
5. Line List & MTO (Material Take-Off) / BOM
Full list of pipelines, valves, fittings, gaskets, supports, etc.
6. 3D Piping Model & Layout
Using AutoCAD Plant 3D / Bentley OpenPlant / SolidWorks Piping.
Clash detection report (to ensure no overlaps with structure/equipment).
7. Supporting Documentation
Valve & instrument datasheets.
Stress analysis for critical lines (steam, CO₂).
Color coding & insulation schedule.
QA/QC plan (welding, hydro-test, passivation).

Requirements:
Experience in food & beverage / pharma plant piping design.
Must be skilled in AutoCAD Plant 3D / Bentley OpenPlant / SolidWorks Piping.
Ability to deliver professional engineering drawings + MTO.
Provide sample of past P&ID / piping drawings for reference.
