The project we have in Beech Island, SC consists of over 4 acres of land. We have a rough sketch of how we need to subdivide the property in order to have 9 lots ready for manufactured homes we have coming as well as using the additional lot located next to the parcel as a private road.
The land is zoned for Manufactured homes and Valley water connections. Each lot will need a septic tank. We are currently in the process of rough clearing lot 1 and 8 for the DEC Perk test.
We are currently in the due diligence period for the contract on the land. We need to know if our plan is viable according to Aiken County guidelines including lots numbers, drainage, set backs and ect. We will then need to do a formal survey and need full plans and estimated pricing on development.
The land we have is parcel # 037-17-04-001 and Directly to the right parcel # 037-17-04-002
