4-Bedroom Interior & Facade Design

I’m ready to transform a four-bedroom house from the inside out and need a complete design package that covers both the interior spaces and the exterior façade. From room-by-room layouts and mood boards to a cohesive exterior concept, every element should feel unified, functional, and visually compelling.

What I expect from you:
• Concept development with 2–3 style options so I can choose a clear creative direction.
• Detailed floor plans and furniture layouts for each room, including the main living areas, kitchen, all bedrooms, bathrooms, circulation zones, and any outdoor living spaces.
• High-quality 3D renders or walkthroughs that accurately convey finishes, lighting, and material choices.
• Exterior façade design with color schemes, material palettes, and lighting suggestions that tie seamlessly into the interior look.
• A concise specification sheet listing furniture, fixtures, fittings, and surface finishes—sourced items where possible, custom recommendations where necessary.
• Final drawings ready for contractors (dimensioned plans, elevations, and sections in PDF/CAD).

I’m open to modern, traditional, or rustic influences; the key is a well-thought-out concept that suits a family home. Please highlight any similar residential projects you’ve completed, the software you’ll use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.), and your typical turnaround time.
