Beachfront Area Layout Plan Contest

CONTEST: Create a Site Layout Plan for a Beachfront Area (Based on CAD and Drone Image)
Project Overview
We are planning the development of a beachfront area and need a detailed site layout for a specific section of land. You will receive the following:
A drone image showing the area outlined in green
A CAD file (DWG) that contains the full land use plan with accurate measurements
A reference image showing how the mound area is already marked in the CAD
Your task is to extract and create a site layout only for the area marked in green in the image, using the data from the CAD file.
What to Include in the Layout
The final layout should clearly show and label the following:
Boundary of the green-marked area
Existing pathways
Mound area (already defined in the CAD)
Park or open space areas (visible in the drone image)
Measurements, including boundaries and internal zones
Use proper labels and simple color shading to distinguish zones such as mound, path, and park. The layout must be clean, readable, and suitable for presentation to landowners.
Deliverables
One PDF file of the layout (for presentation and printing)
One DWG file (editable AutoCAD file)
Purpose of the Layout
This initial layout will help us:
Understand the spatial use of the area
Calculate how much land remains available for additional structures
Present a clear visual plan to the landowners before finalizing the design
After this, there will be a second task where we will finalize the full site plan based on feedback from the landowners. The winner of this contest will be invited to complete that second phase for an additional $30.
What We Will Provide to the Winner

The drone image used for the reference

Revisions
We are looking for someone who is open to doing 4–5 minor revisions based on feedback to ensure the final output meets expectations.
