Bathroom, Ensuite and Outdoor Renovation Designs
Budget: $50 – $300 AUD
Interior Works - Renovation to 2 bathrooms required both 2d and 3d drawing and material specifications, chosen products will be provided to winning bidder including existing room photos.
Ensuite requires - 1. new floor tiles and new floor to ceiling tiles both in bathroom and toilet, new toilet, remove shower hob and provide frameless glass, design cabinetry to walk in robes.
Bathroom 1 requires -new floor tiles and new floor to ceiling tiles both in bathroom and toilet, new toilet, remove shower hob and provide frameless glass, after swapping shower location with cabinet location, new elevated bath.
Outdoor Works - Extension of paving area to the front of the residence, new raised garden bed with letter box design to be confirmed with winning bidder, new raised garden beds at the rear of the property, new outdoor kitchen design in the alfresco with cabinetry, outdoor drinks fridge, sink and plumbing and electrical detail to be provided.
Winning bidder will be provided with Revit files of the existing house, if you are not familiar with Revit you are able to convert the drawings to AutoCAD and work from AutoCAD both PDF files and final CAD files to be provided at the end of the project. 3D Renderings required for both indoor and outdoor works.
