Bathhouse Design for Commercial Project

I need to develop a design from conceptual sketches to construction drawings for a project in Sonoma County, CA. The project will be a bath house with an ADA
Freelancer must have familiarity with ADA code in the us and must be able to prepare all necessary information to get the building approved. The project will include site plans, elevations, MEP drawings and structural drawings/details.
The building will be approximately 350 sq.ft. and will house a sauna, 3 shower stalls (1 ADA), and 2 bathrooms, 1 ADA, plus a mechanical rooms for the water heater, electrical panels etc...
Phase 1: Sketches for layout (including siting and layout on site plan dwg)
Phase 2: Schematic Drawings
Phase 3: Construction Drawings (including site plan)
I have a local architect/structural engineer who will review the work, but I need the project designed in AutoCAD with our direction.
Experience with ADA and California Codes (upcode) is a must have.
