I am looking for a knowledgeable and reliable freelancer to create a stamped floorplan design for my commercial store front. The store front is medium-sized, measuring 1000-5000 sq ft. I have existing plans which the freelancer will utilise as a starting point, however some changes may be needed. The floorplan needs to be kept to a basic outline level of detail. A high-quality finished product produced in the required timeframe is essential.
The floorplan must take into account the store’s plumbing, electrical and mechanical designs, as well as incorporate safety measures.
The successful freelancer will be detail orientated, able to follow instructions and pay special attention to accuracy. They should also be able to incorporate suggestions and integrate any feedback from me quickly and easily into the plan.
