Basic Revit Modal development using the provided template

I am looking for a freelancer that can help me create a basic Revit model of a single-family residence, focusing on walls and floor details. This model should be created using a provided template, and should have a basic level of detail. I am open to hearing any suggestions from the freelancer on how best to achieve this result.
