Basic OpenRoads Designer CAD Plan Creation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a basic OpenRoads Designer CAD plan created. The plan should encompass the layout of a building, a parking lot, and the nearby intersection.
Key Requirements:
- Incorporation of the building layout
- Detailed design of the parking lot
- Nearby intersection layout included in the plan
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer
- Experience in CAD plan creation
I have examples of what style the plans should be as well as a hand drawn model of what is needed.
The proposed building is a 335,000 gsf reasearch building of approximate dimensions 410'x190' with a parking garage of dimensions 310'x130' located behind the building. This project is taking place at the intersection of 3rd and Amsterdam in Detroit, MI. WB amsterdam will remain the same, a right turn lane exiting the parking lot is to be added and right turn lanes for both nb and sb 3rd ave are to be added as well.
