Basic Commercial Floor Plan from Rough Sketch
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a 2D architectural floor plan for a commercial space of 55000 sqft. i have outer measurements sketch. The level of detail should be basic, no need for furniture or fixtures.
Key objective : need partition for small shops as many as possible, while maintain the corridor space is 12 feet and shop size can be 1000 sqft(65%) 1500 sqft(20%) 3000sqft(10%) and 600 sqft(5%)
Key Deliverables:
- 2D architectural floor plan
- Based on a rough sketch I'll provide
- Must be a commercial floor plan
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Experience in designing commercial spaces
- Ability to work from rough sketches
- Strong communication skills for understanding my needs
