Basic Architectural Sketching for Duplex

I'm seeking a skilled drawer for the sketching out of initial floor plans for a duplex project. The project's size falls in the larger category at around 360 square meters, but I'm not needing full technical plans or blueprints yet - just a basic preliminary floorpan and possibly an elevation sketch to begin forming ideas.
Although specific layout requirements or preferences for each unit were not defined, and neither was the desired number of bedrooms per unit, flexibility to ideate and input would prove invaluable in this job.
