Basement renovation floor plan drawing

I need help creating a pdf file of a layout for a basement renovation i am doing. I am a contractor and will be needing these services many times. I will provide vasic floor plan sketch with dimesions and i will need a customer ready file to present to my customer the new proposed layout plan . I have attached a ecample of what i will need to build off .
