Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
approx just 530 square feet, with needed laundry where it is in my diagram, also have to work around the HWT, HVAC and Furnace/AC as noted.... trying get a small 2-piece WR in the area that was pre-plumbed
Want to maximize the living area, will need frame out bulk heads in some areas; Ht from concrete to joist is 93.5 inches. 1 window in place and basement ceiling will be about 2-3 feet above finished grade.
I have sketched what I prefer and just need it redone/completed to make official as bylaw requires qualified designer’s name, Ontario registration number, Building Code Identification Number (Canada) because it is a semi.
