Basement Washroom and Bedroom Renovation

I need a skilled freelance draftsperson to draw plan for my town house basement project and provide permit for me to submit to municipality. The drawing project includes drawing that consists of:

- Adding a full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, bathtub). It already has rough in. No need to break the ground.
It needs exhaust fan pipeline.
- Constructing a bedroom, incorporating built-in closets.

I already hired Plumber and electrician.
