I need a basement parking layout design for a commercial tower in Riyadh. The land size is 30m × 28.5m, with 3 basement levels.
The design must fully comply with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) requirements. I want to maximize the number of parking spaces per level while maintaining all Saudi building code standards.
Key requirements:
• Efficient layout for 3 full basement levels (each 855 m²)
• One shared ramp (entry/exit), max 15% slope
