I'm seeking a professional architect or designer to create a revised floor plan for my unfinished basement. The goal is to transform this space into a functional and comfortable living area.
Key project details include:
- The finished basement will primarily serve as a bedroom / living space room similar to what a studio appt.
- The layout should accommodate 3 rooms. studio bedroom living space, bathroom already included in plan, and larger recreational living space.
- Specific functions for the rooms include a bedroom and bathroom, as well as a recreational space and storage.
