I need a 2D internal and external draft on A3 for council submission. This is based off a fully drafted internal floor plan PDF.

External Draft Requirements:
- Roof design
- Window and door placements
- Colour bond cladding layout

Internal Draft Requirements:
- Steel framing locations
- Lighting fixtures
- Gyprock cladding

Formatting Requirements:
- Scale detail
- Margin specifications

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D drafting

Required Inclusion information on floor plan:
Wall type legend, WT01 external wall C00 metal stud to steel fabricator specifications and details. Hardi wrap weather barrier. Thermal break strip, Colourbond external wall cladding, 10mm gyprock plasterboard internal wall lining (moisture-resistant plasterboard wall lining to wet areas). Batts insulation as per energy efficiency requirement.
WT02 Internal wall C90 metal stud to steel fabricator specifications and details. 10mm gyprock plasterboard internal wall lining to each side (moisture-resistant plasterboard wall lining to wet areas). Batt insulation as per energy efficiency requirement.
Fixture and Furniture notes:
All furniture and wet area fixture layout are indicative only, final configurations and layout to owners requirements.
Glazing notes:
All glazing to comply with AS2047, AS 1288 and BCA clause 3.6
All glazing to be double glazed with aluminium frame fitted in accordance with the manufacturers specification.
All external glazed windows and doors to be fitted with flyscreen.
All windows and doors to be installed in accordance with the manufacturers details and specifications.
Install cavity closer around frames to prevent moisture penetration to internal areas.
Wet Area Notes:
Wet area and external waterproofing to comply with AS370, NCC part 3.8.1 and part 10.2
Tiled upturn minimum 300mm above finish floor level to all wet areas, floor to ceiling tile in shower area and wet areas.
Location of Floor wastes in wet areas to be determined by plumber.
All plumbing penetrations to be fully waterproof sealed to plumbers detail.

Notes:
All drawings must be read in conjunction with the structural engineer drawings, energy assessment report, manufacturer specification/details and any other documentation as part of this project.
All work must be completed in accordance with the national construction code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
It is the builders responsibility to comply with all statutory authority regulations and requirements which in the event of any discrepancy shall take precedence over these drawings.
All dimensions and levels shown on these drawings must be checked and confirmed on site by builder prior to any construction work commencing.
Downpipes type, size and location to be determined by plumber/builder
Any discrepancies to be notified to the owner or structural engineer prior to work commencing.
Drainage requirements (subsoil, soakwells, runoff and stormwater) to be determined onsite to ensure there is no discharge or pooling of water against the slab and/or footings.

*All capping, gutter, downpipe, drip rails, flashings, popins, and clips fitted in accordance with the manufacturers requirements.

Cladding and insulation note:
External wall cladding to be Colourbond steel as specified, fitted in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and details.
Install Hardie wrap weather and barrier and thermal strip behind external wall cladding in accordance with manufacturers details
Insert batts insulation to all stud walls to energy efficiency requirements.
Install sarking underroof sheet and batts insulation throughout ceiling space in accordance with BCA, NCC and Energy efficiency requirements.
