Barn Room Transformation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an experienced engineer / architect to provide 'stamped/sealed' drawin/plans for existing pole barn to be enclosed with hardyboard; and provide for a small room (ca10x12 at most). Here's what I envision and require:
- The enclosed space will serve as a barn
- A room inside the barn should be about 120 (could be 10x11) sq ft
- The design includes hardy board for exterior encasing.
- Installation of electrical outlets is a must.
- A sink should be accommodated along the outside wall, within the room
- Provision for a window AC unit is expected, hinting that insulation might be a future need.
-Must meet seminole county code requirements
Ideal skills for a successful bid:
- Proven experience with similar structures.
- Proficiency in creating sealed drawings that comply with local building codes.
- Electrical work knowledge, particularly in small spaces.
