BRDG Drafting Plans for Submission
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I require plans to be drafted for purposes of engineering review and submission of building approval to Brisbane City Council in Queensland, Australia so must be compliant with council requirements.
I am renovating and adding to an existing house, i have my layout and general sizing of rooms etc decided I just need the layout drafted and finalised. Some changes to dimensions may be needed to align with building code requirements such as stairs length v height etc but in general i think the layout works although I am still open to suggestions.
I require plans for submission and elevations (Front in 3D preferred) to identify the final look of the outside of the house. A walk through final design as an option also.
Works are required ASAP.
