BOQ and Take Off for Tender
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need assistance in reading through RFQ documents and taking off all the signage aspects. These will be on the tender documents/ architectural drawing and through out fitting and fixtures pages
I will need BOQ created as well as break down and a detailed description of what is required.
Each signage aspect will need a detailed description, with measurements, construction finishing. I will need plan ID numbers or pages for the estimates to reference etc. I would like this in a spread sheet with all these details.
If details are not present I will need an RFI added to the spread sheet.
I will need and over view of the requires and scopes of works
Its very import to very detailed and very fluent in reading plans for commercial buildings.
Its import that your under stand the scope of works
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in creating BOQs
- Proficiency in take-offs for fittings and fixtures
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with detailed specifications
- Good understanding of the tender process
