BOQ Estimation for a Warehouse Project

We are seeking the expertise of a highly qualified and experienced estimator for an upcoming project involving the construction of a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel hangar. This development will also include additional structures such as annex offices and a guard house.

We represent the project owners, this BOQ is for tender purposes.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide a detailed estimation of required materials and quantities, including but not limited to PEB steel tonnage.

Scope of Work:

1. Detailed Quantity Estimation: Accurately calculate all required quantities for each aspect of the project, including the steel hangar, annex offices, and guard house.

2. Excel Documentation: All calculations and estimations are to be meticulously documented in an Excel spreadsheet to ensure transparency and ease of review. This should include all relevant formulas and calculations used to reach the final quantities.

3. PEB Steel Tonnage Breakdown: We specifically require a comprehensive breakdown of PEB steel tonnage. Within this, we request a clear distinction between the main hangar and the Mezzanine elements.
