BOAT ROOF (Structural Aluminum)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a structural engineer to create detailed blueprints for a simple but robust 40' x 16' hipped roof over a boat. The roof will be mounted on 6 x 12" pilings and constructed from structural aluminum. The design is intentionally over-engineered to exceed standard requirements.
Key Deliverables:
- Detailed Engineering blueprints in duplicate
- Material specifications
- Load calculations
I will supply all necessary data, including a CAD model of the trussed roof. You will need to create properly drafted structural blueprints. Please note, I do not require assistance with permits or approvals, and a basic schematic or 3D modeling is not sufficient for this project.
