BMS system design

I am looking for an experienced designer to help design a basic Building Management System (BMS) for a residential of 6000 square feet. The primary feature that the BMS system will need to include is energy management. This may include monitor and control of various energy sources such as water, power, and HVAC.
The designer must be knowledgeable about building systems and especially in the areas of energy management. The incumbent should have a proven track record of successful projects and have good references. The successful designer will be responsible for designing a BMS system from start to finish, including the setup, design, and testing. Additionally, the designer should be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the BMS system.
We expect the designer to take the time necessary to ensure a successful project outcome. The final solution will need to be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the project while also taking into account the needs of our facility. We are seeking a reliable and cost-effective solution that will serve us for years to come.
