Final quality checking and 2nd level Checking of BIW Fixture 2D Drawings and 3D Finish data and on time successful delivery to Customer.
Train the engineers on BIW fixture Concept Design and Process plan.
Point of Contact for Technical and delivery to assigned Customer.
Project planning, Execution, Team handling, Project Monitoring Final Quality Check and on time Delivery to assigned Customer.
Responsible for BIW Fixture Concept Design, 3D Finish and 2D Detailing Quality Checking and General Engineering
Technical Discussions with Customer. Project kick off meeting and work allocation, Workflow Monitoring Day by day.
Based on project priority and delivery date, you and your team must work accordingly.
Handle the projects in CATIA & UGNX
Design Schedule and Planning of BIW Design work/Resource.
Prepare the estimation and submit to Sales Team
Conduct the team meeting on each customer's feedback after delivery of each project with team members and Sales team.
Ontime with 100% Quality is priority responsibility. Handle multiple projects if required.
